Yes. You can cancel an active booking any time before your check-in date from your Profile page. Premium tier bookings include free cancellation. Regular and Deluxe tiers may be subject to a cancellation notice period.
The base price covers 1 - 2 guests per night. Each additional guest beyond 2 adds the full nightly tier rate. So for example, a Regular room at £45/night with 3 guests would be £45 + £45 = £90 per night. Use our chatbot's price calculator for an exact quote - just say "how much".
Yes, late check-in is available at all four of our locations. Please add a note in the Special Notes field when booking, or contact us to confirm arrangements in advance.

Breakfast is not included as standard but all our locations are within easy reach of excellent local cafes, restaurants and bakeries. We can recommend great spots near each location - just ask our chatbot or contact us.

Payment is made on arrival at the location — no advance payment or deposit is required when booking online. Your booking reference confirms your reservation. We accept cash and major card payments.
